Sam Hu was born and raised in Amsterdam. He’s quick-witted and a born canvasser. Sam fills his days with the effective scouting of plots in the Netherlands for the 1828 housing concept. “A concept that I whole-heartedly support!” With his 28 years of life experience and background in Property & Real Estate, he knows how to convince landowners in G40 cities of the concept. And then the negotiation part begins. Sam draws a lot of energy from that intensive contact and is proud when ultimately the letter of intent is signed. And even more proud when he admires an 1828 building, in a location acquired by him.

“Turning nothing into something gives me joy. “Particularly so if my efforts mean that more young people find a home.” Sam ends a good day with a ride on his motorcycle, a game of FIFA or an evening filled with all kinds of board games. Sam always goes for the win!
